FAQ questions about Wagworld products:

1. Can I wash my Dream Pod, Futon, or K9 Castle inner pillow?We use recycled, shredded fabric in our pillowcases. The fabric has great support and insulation against cold, but unfortunately, the filling is not washable. We recommend using an odour remover to clean it.
   
   
2. How do I keep my K9 or Futon comfortable for my dog/cat?The filling in our pillows does compress over time, but it will not go completely flat. We recommend a regular good shaking to keep the filling loose so that your bed retains its shape. You can also purchase a replacement inner cushion separately if needed.

How do I clean my dog bed?

Please see below for care instructions that are recommended for the cleaning of your different products

• Cupcake Bed - Machine wash on a gentle 30deg cycle and line dry. Recommended for indoor use only.
  
  
• Deluxe Car Seat Cover / Hammock -The water-resistant outer canvas is easy to vacuum or spot clean using a stain and odour remover. Should the need arise after a tumble in the mud, a quick scrub down with a gentle foam brush and a quick rinse will keep your Car Seat Hammock good as new.
  
  Machine washing is not recommended. Do not submerge underwater. Do not expose to harsh direct sunlight as it will weaken the canvas water-resistant outer canvas is easy to vacuum or spot clean using a stain and odour remover.

• Hug Buddy - The zip removable pillow cover is machine washable on a 30-degree cycle. Covers are available for sale separately in case a replacement is needed. Recommended for indoor use only. Do not expose the bed to direct sunlight as it might fade and damage the fabric.
  
  
• K9 Camper - The waterproof outer is not removable, yet easy to spot clean. Should the bed need a good cleaning after a major adventure, it can be scrubbed with a gentle brush and soapy water and rinsed down. Do not submerge the bed in water, even though the canvas is waterproof, water will penetrate through the stitching on the sides and get lodged. This bed is recommended for indoor and outdoor use, if outdoor it must be undercover.
  
  
• K9 Castle- It is best to vacuum excess hair and dirt and/or spot clean the outer canvas bolster, but if your little royal is a bit of a piglet, it can also be scrubbed with a gentle brush and soapy water. Take care not to get water in the seams as it will seep through to the fibre inside and get lodged.
  
  The zip removable pillow cover is machine washable on a 30-degree cycle. Covers are available for sale separately in case a replacement is needed. The inner pillow is not to be washed. Do not expose the bed to direct sunlight as it will damage and fade the fabric.
