DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Orders will only be processed for shipping once the funds reflect in our bank account or after successful payment via credit card. This can take up to 24h.

The processing of your order may take up to 5 (five) to 7(seven) business days before it is ready for delivery or pick-up in store, depending on the option you chose.

Delivery of goods typically takes 1-3 working days for deliveries in Pretoria/Johannesburg. Delivery days may vary as per quote for areas outside of Pretoria/Johannesburg.

Our delivery service only runs from Monday to Friday. Saturday morning deliveries can be done by special arrangement, and any additional cost will be added to your invoice.

SHIPPING

1. Local Shipping Charges:

For purchases valued below R500 (including VAT) and being shipped to addresses within Pretoria/Johannesburg, a flat-rate shipping fee of R110 will be applied.

2. Free Shipping for Eligible Orders:

Orders valued at R500 (including VAT) or more, weighing under 25kg, and being delivered to addresses within Pretoria/Johannesburg are eligible for free shipping.

3. Shipping for Heavy Items:

Purchases exceeding 25kg, destined for addresses within Pretoria/Johannesburg, will be shipped with one of the courier services provided. The courier fee will be borne by the customer.

4. Shipping Outside Pretoria/Johannesburg:

Deliveries to locations outside Pretoria/Johannesburg will incur shipping charges based on weight and delivery address. The associated fee being the responsibility of the customer
