How to store wet dog food
The best way to store opened cans of dog food is to use a plastic pet food lid that fits the top of the can. If you don't have a plastic cover, wrap it in plastic wrap and make sure you seal it tightly so moisture doesn't escape as well as odors don't get through.

Once canned food is opened, it can be left outside for about 2 hours, but no more than 4 hours. It is recommended that once you have dished up your dog food, immediately wrap it up/cover it and store it in the fridge
