Frontline Plus contains two powerful constituents – fipronil and (S)-methoprene. Fipronil kills adult fleas and ticks before they lay eggs. It eliminates them for one full month. The other ingredient (S)-methoprene interferes with the flea egg and larva development and restricts their growth. Thus, breaks the flea life cycle. When dogs treated monthly with Frontline Plus, they are not infested with fleas and ticks. The topical treatment is safe to use on puppies from 8 weeks of age.
