Burgess Excel Guinea Pig Nuggets with Mint are delicious, high-fibre nuggets specially formulated to supplement the diet of guinea pigs of all ages. They provide a balanced source of vitamins and minerals to help support your guinea pig's health and wellbeing.

With 36.6% beneficial fibre, prebiotics and antioxidants, these tasty nuggets help support healthy digestion, skin and coat condition and a healthy immune system. They also contain protected vitamin C, an essential nutrient for guinea pigs as they cannot produce their own vitamin C.

The uniform nugget format helps prevent selective feeding, ensuring your guinea pig receives a consistent balance of nutrients rather than being able to pick out only their favourite ingredients. Added mint provides extra flavour for tasty mealtimes.

Composition: Grass meal, soya bean hulls*, wholegrain wheat, wheat feed, lignocellulose, dried lucerne, yeast (brewer's yeast and grains), minerals, dried mint (1%), soya oil*, short-chain fructo-oligosaccharides (prebiotic FOS 0.25%), peas.

Feeding Advice: Good-quality feeding hay and/or fresh grass should make up the majority of your guinea pig's diet and should be available at all times. Feed a small portion of Burgess Excel Guinea Pig Nuggets alongside hay or grass, fresh leafy greens and clean, fresh drinking water.

When changing your guinea pig's food, Burgess recommends making the transition gradually over 7–10 days. Slowly reduce the previous food while increasing the amount of Excel Guinea Pig Nuggets.
